Rosie Brookshier has been creating beautiful gourmet desserts since 2000, and has lived on the Southern Oregon Coast for most of her life and enjoys bringing her talent of gourmet desserts to the local community. As the pastry chef at Lord Bennett's Restaurant in Bandon, Oregon, Rosie's knowledge of fine desserts is extensive.
Rosie personally meets with each client to determine the specific needs of that client. She regularly customizes designs for special occasion desserts so that specific style preferences will match the theme of the event, such as a wedding, baby shower, or anniversary party. With a vast background in fresh floral garnishes for special occasion cakes, Rosie has ample experience working with your specific needs. In addition to custom designs, Rosie is also alert to specific dietary needs, and can provide a number of "diabetic-friendly" desserts. Delivery and set up of the dessert is always done by Rosie.
